• Account data: email and password (encrypted) upon registration.
• Uploaded images: product and logo images the user uploads for generation purposes.
• Usage data: number of images generated, usage dates, and subscribed plan.
• Payment data: fully processed through our approved third-party payment gateway; card numbers are never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core service: generating images and keeping usage history.
• To manage subscriptions and billing.
• To contact you about your account (email confirmation, password reset, important notices).
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We use a number of trusted service providers to run the platform, and limited data is shared with them only to the extent needed to deliver the service:

• Database and authentication provider (Supabase) for storing account data.
• AI model provider (Google Gemini) for processing images and generating results.
• Our approved payment gateway for processing subscriptions.
• Email service provider for sending account notifications.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL). Access keys to external systems are stored on the server only and are never exposed to the browser.

5. Your Rights

You may at any time request to view your data, correct it, or delete your account and all associated data, by contacting us via our Contact page.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated image history as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, associated data is removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for accounting or legal purposes.
