ShelfShot AI is a monthly subscription-based service that allows users to upload their product photos and generate professional marketing images using AI models. The service is entirely digital and does not include any physical product shipped to the user.

2. Accounts and Usage

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for any activity conducted through your account.
• Using the Service to generate illegal content, content that infringes third-party intellectual property, offensive content, or content that violates applicable regulations is prohibited.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans with defined usage limits per plan (number of images generated monthly), as shown on the pricing page. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.

4. Intellectual Property of Generated Content

The user retains rights to the images they upload. Images resulting from the AI generation process may be used commercially by the user within the limits of their subscribed plan, with the understanding that AI models may produce results of varying quality, and ShelfShot AI does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of every result for every use case.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. ShelfShot AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes implicit acceptance of them.
